1. What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any information about our customers with others, with the exception of information required to process their orders (or when requested by a government health or law enforcement agency in the course of an investigation.) We do not send SPAM email, but we do send email to our customers with order confirmation, tracking number information, or questions regarding their order.

2. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes.
 Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by screen printing. You can send us the artwork by email in PDF or JPG format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, You can send us the artwork by email in PDF,JPG or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

3. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can as us to send a preforma invoice for your order. We need to know following information for your order:
 * Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container) 
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price 
* Delivery time required 
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay ) 
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

4. How could I get samples?

We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars) if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

6. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier. 
For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you or courier. 
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by Sea or Air. 
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

7. What is payment we accept?

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card. Western Union or Paypal is acceptable. If use Paypal, customer need to pay 5% extra as Paypal fee.

8. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?

A small trial order is acceptable for test marketing .

9. How can we get your monthly new products announcement?
